Customer Success Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers.
  • Ensure successful onboarding for new customers. 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Retain existing customers with strategic renewal campaigns.
  • Work with the Product team to drive adoption and utilization objectives.
  • Communicate the progress of utilization, onboarding and retention initiatives to all teams.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. 
  • Assist with high severity support requests.

Position Qualifications:

  • 2+ years account management experience.
  • Customer service or other relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Relevant small business and HR industry experience - employee benefits a plus.
