Documentation Review Manager

Documentation review is a core service that we offer to our customers and very important to the success of our business. The Documentation Review Manager is ultimately responsible for the accuracy and responsiveness of this service. Ideal candidates are leaders who thrive in a metric-based, high-performance environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of reviewers to validate documentation submitted for reimbursement, such as proof of health insurance premium amount.
  • Hold the documentation review team to high standards for accuracy and turnaround time. Establish other key metrics as you see fit.
  • Lead the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
  • Conduct continual performance evaluation for the documentation review team. Deliver rewards and praise or take corrective action when appropriate.
  • Determine the root cause of unsuccessful requests and work with other departments to reduce the amount of unsuccessful requests going forward.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of prior management experience.
  • Fluent in major business software applications (Google Apps, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Relevant small business and HR industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills.
