Personalized Benefits Advisors work with prospective customers to introduce Zane Benefits' new way of offering benefits - personalized benefits. This is an inside sales job with inbound leads.

Responsibilities

You hit quota.

  • You close deals.
  • You understand what’s happening with your pipeline: the who, when, where and why.
  • If something is in the way of your quota, you demolish it.

You generate pipeline.

  • You build and maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • You understand what’s happening with your assigned leads: the who, when, where and why. You know your conversion rates.
  • You introduce and champion the brand.

You develop your assigned leads.

  • You contact new leads when they are assigned.
  • You follow the lead contacting cadence for the lead source.
  • You maintain accurate lead data.
  • You provide real-time lead feedback to the inbound marketing and referral marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant experience a plus.
  • 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
