Partner Program Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own execution of the Partner program, Zane Benefits' primary tool for driving partner loyalty and recognition.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns that encourage new and existing partners to refer customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with top partners.
  • Drive partner sales objectives.
  • Ensure successful onboarding for new partners. 
  • Communicate the progress of partner recruiting, onboarding and development initiatives to all teams.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide input into the program’s structure with the Marketing team.

Position Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience leading partner programs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Sharp strategic thinking skills with an ability to identify and make tough prioritization decisions.
  • A passion for helping small businesses grow and thrive.
  • Ability to adapt to and lead through fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required. A MBA or advanced degree is preferred..
